A promotional video for TiER1 Performance's "Launchbox" set of product launch services.

TiER1 Performance Solutions is a consulting firm specializing in change management. Launchbox is TiER1's templatized project launch product for life sciences clients. Launchbox was set to release at the 2025 LTEN conference and TiER1 needed a clean, professional, motion graphics video to promote it that would clearly communicate even when played without audio. Based on Katie Coburn's script, I created initial storyboards, with the third frame by Marvin Gaviola. After feedback from our subject matter experts and a round of revisions, we had our storyboards.

From here, I transferred the storyboards into Adobe Illustrator, finalizing the look of the video based on existing Launchbox branding and creating After Effects-ready files for the next stage. Marvin continued to assist with some illustrations.

Andrew Wiesbrock transferred these Illustrator files into After Effects and set up the After Effects file, placing keyframes set to "stop" to provide rough start and stop points for me to animate. I animated the video up until 01:35. Andrew animated from 01:35 onward and performed cleanup on the whole video.
